Data Use Terms & Conditions

1. ValueBase data is provided for internal use only.
2. If sharing data with, or exporting data to a third‐party, and formal third‐party agreement (TPA) is required. Please advise your ValueBase representative if this is required.
3. Should the agreed access period to ValueBase data/analytics/reporting expire, the lead client stakeholder (or a representative of) agrees to destroy and/or return all data & material to ValueBase and confirm this has been done in writing within 1‐week of the expiry of the access period. This includes all local copies and any data within reports and analyses held in client systems and servers.
4. Restrictions on the use of ValueBase data with artificial intelligence/ machine learning applications:
   1. The use of ValueBase data, including any insights or outputs derived therefrom, is strictly prohibited in connection with any large language model, generative AI system, or other machine learning technology (collectively, “AI Functionality”), whether directly or indirectly, unless expressly authorized in writing by ValueBase.
   2. Furthermore, ValueBase data—including any information derived from it—must not be used to train, refine, enhance, improve, update, validate, develop, or otherwise support any AI functionality, algorithm, model, methodology, dataset, technology, or other intellectual property, except where such use is solely for the exclusive benefit of the Client license holder.
